1. Pour the porridge into cold milk or water. Boil while stirring.
2. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously. Once lukewarm, pour the porridge into a bottle or bowl.
For older children, you may add some fruit, jam, confiture, butter or chocolate.
